ObamacareLite Removes Protection Against Illegal Alien Abuse

The repeal of Obamacare (and replacement) is shaping up as a major war between republicans. The sold out Neocons and Rhinos which are the majority are pawns to the illegal aliens and insurance companies. The Freedom Coalition led by Rand Paul (lawd forgive me for ever doubting the guy) is a 30 person team just barely big enough to stare down the vote.

And now its come down to this. McConnell and Ryan have removed the protections against illegal aliens – a simple check that people getting benefits are US citizens or green card holders. Nope, can’t do it says Ryan. Well Mr. Paul has a few words to say about that like go eat butt face. If Paul wins the day and the first version of ObamacareLite goes down in flames, it will signal that the Tea Party has finally gathered enough seats with enough real conviction not to sell out. The republican party is going to threaten to withdraw funds for their next campaign. thats the carrot. Then they will tell them if they dont pile on they will actively work against their re-election. That’s the stick. You know what? I doubt any of them give a Fk they are there to be principled and none of the old crap is working. And since these are good christian men, the power club has no pictures of them getting ass banged by donkeys while fellating an eight year old.

Prediction: Paul will win the day and Ryan will go down in a major humiliation. And this will be huge. It will reberverate. And for the first time in 60 years they will realize that no, they can’t continue to fk over the people and get away with it.

Some conservatives in Washington were fuming on Tuesday after an Obamacare rollback bill was tweaked by Republican leaders to delete a provision meant to crack down on illegal immigrants getting federal healthcare insurance coverage.

The development posed another problem for Republican leaders in the U.S. House of Representatives and President Donald Trump, who are trying to win congressional approval of th

e wider bill, the first big legislative test for Trump since taking office.

The provision would have allowed the Treasury Department to access data at the Department of Homeland Security to verify that healthcare tax credits went only to U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents, not to illegal immigrants.

In a largely procedural move, it was dropped from the bill after the Senate Parliamentarian determined that the Senate Finance Committee, which handles tax credits under the bill, does not have purview over the Department of Homeland Security.

Republican Representative Lou Barletta issued a statement on Monday evening, after the change was made, saying he could no longer support the bill, citing the obscure provision.

“I am concerned that the bill lacks sufficient safeguards for verifying whether or not an individual applying for health care tax credits is lawfully in this country and eligible to receive them,” said the Pennsylvania lawmaker.
